We are committed to safe, healthy and environmentally respectful manufacturing processes
NiMag Group is decarbonising our operations and has installed an on-site solar energy system capable of meeting 25% of our manufacturing energy needs. Further expansion of this system is planned. We also have a solar battery system to power the administrative and office functions in our business.
We are ISO 9001 certified and our certification is independently audited bi-annually.
We take our responsibility to the environment seriously and have a comprehensive environmental management plan which is independently audited at least once a year.
Our responsibility for health and safety is our top priority, and we comply with all relevant legislation in this regard.
Policy for responsible sourcing of metals
NiMag Group is committed to supplying the metal alloys needed to develop, sustain and create a better world in a responsible and ethical way. We maintain the highest standards of environmental management, social performance and corporate governance and expect all counterparties and our supply chain to responsibly manage their environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks. This policy seeks to align our metals sourcing practices with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD’s) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, and the Responsible Minerals Initiative’s (RMI’s).
